Magnet is a type of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that helps with coding and provides smart, contextual advice to make coding easier and faster. It is powered by OpenAI’s API key for GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 and is available in both a free and pro version. This tool has been designed to act as a thought partner in software development, making coding more accessible for everyone. It will allow for coding in multiple files and offer intelligent suggestions to improve and simplify coding. At the moment it is only compatible with Mac, but the plan is to eventually integrate issues and relevant code contexts.
