FILM
FILM is an API tool that allows people to use models to create additional frames in a video. It can produce between 1 and 8 frames per clip, with a frame rate of 30. It uses just a single network that produces great results, and doesn’t require pre-trained networks like optical flow depth. The process is usually done in 36 seconds with NVIDIA T4 GPU hardware. Further details can be found on the tool’s GitHub page.
